Segunda vez aqui, é cada vez que volto está melhor.
Apartamentos top, com todo o conforto.
Piscina interior com água quente top, como nunca vi.
Pequeno almoço fabuloso.
A voltar sempre que possa.

Outstanding Hotel, stayed her in late August for 3 Nights, Amazing breakfast. Very clean family resort ideal for local tourism, we visited our son who recently moved to Portugal and used this Hotel as a base... Very friendly staff

Positives:
- Beautiful location near a lake, large swimming pool.
Negatives:
- Apar**ent I stayed in is in need of a refurb and missing amenities e.g only one hair drier in a 6 guests flat, no ironing board or anywhere to hang clothes in one of the rooms.
- Poor service - booked a boat trip at the hotel’s marina through reception, on the day and time booked no one was there, had to call reception twice to be told boat needs maintenance. Also let them know this was a special occasion (birthday), no acknowledgment at all during our stay, also not all services were open e.g pool bar or other bars closing very early and there was clearly staff shortages impacting on cleaniness of the communal areas. Also some staff were not very attentive either.
Overall certainly not up to 5* standards.

Fui almoçar com Amigos no Domingo de Páscoa, após marcação prévia. O Hotel tem uma localização excelente, bonita, calma e relaxante. Fiquei muito decepcionado com a sala das refeições, do tipo "cantina", longe do requinte que um Hotel de 5 estrelas tem de ter. Mesas de "fórmica", toalhas e guardanapos de papel, muita gente e bastante barulho. A comida era variada e suficiente,com reposição atempada, mas o ambiente era idêntico à chegada de três autocarros de passageiros ao mesmo tempo ! Pratos quentes tinham a comida fria. Como é self-service, deveriam ter alguns micro-ondas disponíveis... O Staff, percebia-se ser amador, cumpriu mas sem requinte. Não tem nada a ver, em termos de conforto e qualidade , com o Montebelo de Viseu, do mesmo grupo, esse sim já com serviço diferenciado e adequado às 5 estrelas. Julgo que devem rever ou os métodos e o serviço, ou as estrelas...

Gostei bastante. Duas noites em família, com todo o conforto e muita qualidade. Na generalidade, tudo muito bem organizado, aspeto limpo, simples e prático. Todos os funcionários simpáticos. Falando em particular, o quarto duplo superior muito espaçoso, insonorização ótima, super confortável. Nada a apontar. O Spa peca por ter sauna/turco separados por sexos. Não dá para desfrutar em casal. De resto, ambas as piscinas e o jacuzzi cumprem com o exigido. O jantar correu bem, apesar de tanto no meu prato como no da minha esposa, faltar ali qualquer coisa ao nível do sabor para ser perfeito. O espaço exterior é lindíssimo e imagino ter grande potencial no verão. Gostaria de voltar.
